Music Ministry

Here at First Baptist Church, it is our desire to praise and worship our living Savior and Lord in all that we do, as a body of believers. In our daily walk with Christ, music plays an integral part in our lifestyle. In our corporate worship settings music extends our worship beyond being a casual observer, into a engaged, connected believer, celebrating with other believers, honoring our Lord. Our Music Ministry affords to every participant, the joy of great fellowship, passionate singing, incredible worship, and a delightful service to out Lord, Jesus Christ.

Opportunities for service include the Choir, singing or playing with the Praise Team, playing the Organ, playing the Piano, singing or playing Special Music, and playing other instruments. As a body of believers, we love to have you be a part of our ministry endeavors, no matter what you talent, as we constantly seek to allow God to work in and through us to touch the lives of others for Jesus Christ.

Psalm 100:1-2 says: "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing." When God looks at us, He sees everything, deep inside to our innermost being. He delights in us when we truly worship Him! Let all that we do, all that we are, give Him all the glory, honor and praise.
